Winter Break Energy Healing & Mental Health Workshop
This engaging 1.5 hour workshop is designed to promote mental health and energy healing for youth. Packed with interactive and creative activities, participants will leave feeling confident, empowered, grounded, and inspired. Great for youth who struggle with Anxiety and ADHD, for youth who want to add energy healing into their overall mental health regimen, athletes wanting to enhance their mental game.
